I stumbled upon Stealth Tech Pro out of the blue while looking for local/semi-local options for GPU repasting and ended up having a fantastic experience! Jake was incredibly responsive, messaged back fast, and was super knowledgable throughout the entire experience! My situation was a bit unique in that I had wanted a specific (higher performance but shorter lasting) paste I provided to be used instead of the typical PTM7950 and the job was done same day with no questions asked minus those that came as part of a lovely conversation after! Temps are noticeably improved and Jake even took pictures when the card was open to show the paste job + did proper tests I asked for afterwards to prove the difference for me. He didn't have to do that at all, but that really meant a lot. I'm a longtime PC/overclocking enthusiast that is extremely particular about how I like things done and Jake made me feel that he was someone I could trust both with this job via his knowledge base/experience and my hardware (which is pretty scary/hard in this current lovely collapse of the PC industry thanks to AI). Jake is the kind of business owner I wish everyone was like.  He helped a clueless PC guy like me every step of the way.  Always quick to respond to email or text with any questions I had.  Insanely fast build time, turn around was less than 24 hours!  Talk about customer service.  Blown away at how this beast of a PC turned out. Jake is a great tech to work with. Very knowledgeable and very reasonably priced. Helped me when my laptop would no longer boot up the OS. Jake was a great help with my custom PC that went out 2 days ago. He was able to diagnose the problem, give me multiple options and his customer service was top notch all the way through.
